Although I find this very very good news, I haven't seen the ticket prices yet either. Oh well.

Yay, The Who.
My Girlfriend said to me..."How many guitars do you need?" and I replied...."How many pairs of shoes do you need?" She got really quiet.

  • The Who was the first band I ever started listening to, and they still are my favorite. Hopefully the tickets are cheaper for this tour. Last tour, I paid $150 for a decent seat. Even if the tickets are the same, its well worth it. Its amazing how much this band still rocks. Still waiting for Who2. It will be their first album since 1982.

I love The Who and have seen them about 10-11 times since 1979, but, if they don't put out a new album or at least play a lot of new songs, they won't be getting my $200-300 this time. I hope Pete stays true to his word about not touring without a new album. The last tour was good, but damn I missed John! Pino is alright, but there definitely was something lacking without The Ox there.

I just started getting into the who. I mean i've had the greatest hits for a while, but i didn't really know a lot of their material. I would definitely go to a show if they tour, especially after seeing their performances at live8 and the concert they played for NY after 9/11. They still have a lot of energy in their performances. Can't wait.

  • talking about... Who tour...

This video was posted to alt.music.who newsroup. Just Townshend with acoustic guitar playing new ? tune called 'God Speaks of Marty Robbins' ?.
Based on this, this man should be already touring doing this kind of shows and not planning any so called "Who" tours.. right ?

(Same file in all of them)
