I don't know if anyone was listening the other night when they went on the air, but I thought it was really cool that the first song they played was Alive. Fans of the old 'DRE would get the significance. It inspired me to frame the commemorative poster they handed out that night with a 'DRE bumper sticker I still have, which is making me really happy to have hanging in my office. No matter how shitty the rest of the world becomes, at least we can experience a little escapism in the still-alive alternative music scene.

Oh yeah, and The Spinto Band was great, too!
