Everything All the Time- WOW what a good album, i bought it yesterday, after reading some good reviews of it , and man i havent stopepd listening to it , there are some really good songs on here The First Song, Funeral, anld The Great Salt Lake to name a few.

    its still current! im sorry im a year off

    i have all of the albums from the artists you've mentioned, jsut went jogging tonite listening to 'A lesson in Crime'

    im sorry if my post came off critical..there have been numourous posts about this band on this board for ages, aswell as on stacks of music related pages all over the internet... it was kinda hard to miss them in 06.. anyway, glad you like them.. check em out, they are great live aswell..

    those artists i mentioned are hot to trot at the moment...

    my personal pick for who will get noticed this year is a band called "west indian girl"

    I actually listened to this album last night at the gym. It has grown on me. I still think the funeral was one of the best songs of the year.

    I Go To The Barn is another favorite from these guys.

    I have no idea if these guys are new or not, but I'm also really lovin' the song Trains Across The Sea by Silver Jews is great.
