Has anyone else heard them? I'd seen them mentioned in AP, and on a whim, went to their myspace. I think if you like Springsteen you might like them. My daughter thought they sounded like The Killers. I liked the sound.

I'm starting to really like this band as well. The singer does sound a bit like the guy from The Killers. They even throw in a load of Springsteen lyrics. Great band, loving what I've heard so far.
  • Saw the video for the title track on fuse the other day and missed the name of the band....so thank you for posting because I loved it. I am also liking what I hear on myspace....I shall be purchasing that album

  • I have the album The 59 Sound, love the track Old White Lincoln and others, they're ok.

yeah the first album was decent but sounded very rise against-y, I don't hear the killers at all but I don't listen to them. The new one (59 sound) is better, the production makes the vocals a lot more subdued which really tones down the while sound. My friends and I went on a retarded kick during the summer but I kinda just stopped . That being said if you haven't listened to them well worth it.
