Fans?

They're great. Think the record should be around in the States soon.

Honey pie, I don't know when it started
Just stop buying your albums from the supermarkets
They only sell things that have charted
And Art Brut?
Well we've only just started

And yes, this is my singing voice
It's not irony
And it's not rock and roll
I'm just talking
To the kids

Formed a band
We formed a band
Look at us
We formed a band
(x4)

I want to be the boy
The man
Who writes the song
That makes Israel and Palestine
Get along

I'm gonna write a song
As universal as Happy Birthday
That's gonna make sure
That everybody knows
That everything's gonna be ok
I'm gonna take that song
And we're gonna play it
Eight weeks in a row on Top of the Pops

Formed a band
We formed a band
Look at us
We formed a band

Dye your hair black
Never look back
My past is my business

They are great. May 23rd the album comes out in the US with the UK b-sides added to it. Find an acoustic radio show they did in the UK, it is available online to download. Great stuff, a lot of improvasion and even a song based on Pixie's "Where Is My Mind?" Great set of acoustic songs.

can't wait for the album to come out in the US. I was on the verge of paying $25 or so for the import version but I found out they signed a US record deal.

"Emily Kane" is their best song.
  • Dont know the title of the Pixies-inspired tune, do you? I saw them last week and they played that...it was way cool, but Id like to hear a studio version.

I was just thinking in posting a thread about these guys.... Yeah, they're great, pretty exciting, their album is one of the best to come out in 2005... Actually I'm heavy on them, just can't stop listening to their record, every tune there is awesome from my humble point of view, these kind of bands is what we need at the moment... words are not enough, just go and get the album, I don't care how much you have to pay, it's worth it...

Any link you can help us with?

Oh, and the news of the American edition with the b-sides... well, I'll have to buy the album again just for those tracks, I really don't care when a band is as good as this.
