So some friends of mine were getting into the band but I hadn't heard them. Anyways, we saw that they were playing here in the city last night so I thought I would represent, being as the band is from my hometown (Melbourne, Oz).

Fuck me, this band in incredible. Almost impossible to describe but I'll try: ska/rock/salsa/jazz/hiphop/soul/latin - then throw in some funk and the occasional bit of Greek folk music.

All of this from a six-piece band that doesn't have a guitarist.

I swear, if you get a chance to see this band live then you must go.

    They even opened and closed the Commonwealth Games for us and all!! ;)

    Extremely talented and good value musicians.

    I haven't heard anything of theirs that I didn't like yet.

    They even recorded their last album in Cuba, I think, with members of the Beuna Vista Social Club. HOW COOL IS THAT????? :D

    We get to see Harry here on tele all the time, most recently on Spicks & Specks on Aunty.

    We've got a lot of really cool tunes coming out of Melbourne lately, maybe you need a trip home to investigate!! :D
