Trying to find a Classical/Orchestral song I hear on football/basketball games...

I don't know who is the composer, but its a classical song, I've heard for years as sports team take the field or court. It's really dramatic, almost gives you a chill. I know its hard to translate this across with text, but the main part of it sounds like (my best orchestra texting): Bom-Bom-Bah-Bom. Anyone want to take a stab at this one?
"It's all happening"

The song I'm looking for has that same slow build up part at the beginning. I think I've heard the song in some Movie previews as well.

The beginning of the 5th was morse code for the letter 'V' for victory. If you listen to the first 4 notes: - ba ba ba baaaa (morse code ...-) the letter V. Thought I'd let you know.
