and they've been testing the waters a lot lately with that material. I'm guessing to see if it still holds up. They've been scheduling what appears to be one off shows billed as "Big Wreck/Thornley" with one set of each era's tunes. Well, they keep adding more of these "one off" shows. Hopefully it comes to the Peg. I love BW, but he never plays Thornley stuff during those shows. Not sure why. Both bands' tunes are written entirely by him. Slightly different styles. But most BW fans love Thornley, and vice versa.

He played one "evening with Ian Thornley-songs of Big Wreck and Thornely" here years and years ago before reforming BW and it blew the roof off the place.

What an epic album, and I found myself wondering if he ever collaborated with Queen (I’m not aware of anything)?

Meat and Freddie dueling vocally would have been great, I think. It may be sacrilegious but having Freddie sing the woman’s part on Paradise By The Dashboard Lights via AI or something could sound awesome!

Same, maybe even in my top 5, lol.

Google says he never collaborated with Queen, too bad.

Usually don’t have much good to say about social media, but lately instagram has been suggesting some great bands I otherwise never would have heard of. Today is Kerala Dust.
