where did Van Morrisons "Hard Nose The Highway" come from??

Wow, just got this yesterday (already have pretty much all his others) but this must be one of, if not, his crowning achievments. It's phenominal. Anyone else like this album or not?

    It's a great album, but I think St. Dominic's Preview is better. Autumn Song is mighty, but it doesn't quite have the transcendental power of Listen To The Lion or Almost Independence Day.

    I've got it but only listened once or twice and it never really connected. Certainly not up there with the albums that preceded it for me. I'll listen again now.

    I remember vaguely enjoying the version of Wild Mountain Thyme on it.
