“Life is life everywhere. Life is in ourselves and not outside us. There will be men beside me, and the important thing is to be a man among men and to remain a man always, whatever the misfortunes, not to despair and not to fall - that is the aim of life, that is its purpose.”

Im pretty sure they named the movie after that lyric in the song, so in a way they are referencing SG
PJ at MSG in 2008! Mission Accomplished

The band all knows. We're too afraid to mention.

Haha, that baseball one was funny.

The title of the movie "Feeling Minnesota" was really taken from Outshined. Chris has already commented on it in one interview, but I can't seem to find the clip right now.

Oh well, here's something from the unofficial SG site:

The line has become so well-known that in 1996 a movie was actually titled "Feeling Minnesota," though Soundgarden has nothing to do it (the film does feature Courtney Love...).
