I am completely freakin out about this!!!

When I heard the news my heart sank and tears filled my eyes. Even just typing this out, the full body chills are making a comeback.

Apparently a local radio station announced that the remaining AIC will be hitting up SLIM'S (small ass place too!!!) MAY 19th people.

This information is not currently listed on AIC's site but LIVE 105 is giving away tickets as of right now.

Yeah, I'm all for the tribute! It really is not only a tribute to Layne, but also to us fans. It's definitely something to be VERY grateful for.

Alice in Chains will launch a U.S. club tour on May 18. The dates and venues for the trek have not been announced, but according to an online post, "every city the band plays in has its own major league baseball team." The reunited rockers already have lined up a European trek that currently stretches from a May 26 performance in Lisbon, Portugal, through a July 2 engagement in Nijmegen, Holland

Momma! Yes! We are so going. No I didn't win tickets. Sadly that station reeeally sucks musically and I can't really stomach listening through it long enough to try to win tickets. :eek: haha. Sad but true. But whatev, I'm not worried about it. I'll get them when they go on sale, or some other way. All I know is ~~> I'M NOT MISSING THIS SHOW!!!
