I know there are a million Ben Harper threads on here but I just cannot get enough of this guy.
He truly is one of our generation's music genius's.

Seeing him with PJ or Ed puts a smile on my face everytime because this guy is nothing short of amazing!!

I've only seen him at Oxegen 2006. I love his folky stuff, but unfortunately he mostly played funk stuff (which I guess makes sense for a festival). Not sure if I will see him play at Werchter for that reason, but I'd love to see him at a gig.

Met him backstage at Langerado Festival he's one really cool cat. I think he had just released Both Sides Of A Gun.

I will just never forget reading an article in Entertainment Weekly around 20 years ago and they were asking celebs about their favorite albums at that time, Sandra Bullock said Ben Harper's Welcome to the Cruel World. Here we are all these years later, Walk Away and Waiting on an Angel are still timeless and we have all seen how Ben's incredible career has unfolded.

Saw him with the IC's in Asheville their last time through. Phenomenal show! Closed the show with Purple Rain! Chill bumps...
