Help me Place my Ibanez 12 string

I bought it on Craigslist for 50$ and couldnt be happier about it. Sounds great and everything just trying to learn exactly what it is I got. Bought it from an older woman who didnt seem to know much about it either.
Headstock says Ibanez Performance
Model # is PF512NT1201
Serial # is S00080439
Thanks so much for any and all info you can give me. I love the guitar regardless and thats all that matters to me!
