I have an old Kay 2-12" speaker cab that needs new speakers. I was looking at the Eminence S2012's as I'll be using this for bass. These speakers are rated at 8ohms, 150 watts, 300 watts music program. The heads I have been looking at are 250-350 watts, ohms vary. If in the same elcosure what would the ratting then be on the speakers? 150, 300, 600? I'm still learning hear so if someone could help me out it would be great.

Well, the simple answer is that you double the watts and split the resistance in half, assuming you wire the speakers in parallel. That means you'd have a cabinet rated at 300 watts nominal, 600 watts peak, all at 4 ohms.
...and if you don't like it, you can suck on an egg.
