Help with a detailed tab for a PJ inspired tat

Hi there, if anyone has the time and the genius to help me, I'd really appreciate it. I have an artist helping me design a new tat with music notes that look like sheet music. He asked me for a detailed tab for the intro of State and Love and Trust. I found a lot of tabs for it, but, none of the actual sheet music for it. He asked me for someone who could read it better than he could, with notes of changes, etc. Can anyone please help?

    I got the music notation here. It was transcribed in an old Guitar magazine. I love this song. Willing to mail it to you for your project.
