Ear Training Programs

Does anybody recommend any Ear Training programs. Either software programs, CD's, DVD's, text books, or on line programs? Do you think any of these programs will really help or do you think just listening to CD's and trying to play along is best?

    Are you referring to stuff that promises to teach you "perferct pitch" ??
