What is the main effect that Mike is using for the lead riff of Given To Fly? Is that flange or chorus or something else?

    it's an mxr phase 90 phaser i believe.

    mike's is original but these reissues sound fine.
  • Uni-vibe, balls to the wall...the speed is fairly slow, the depth is abotu mid, and ran really wet.

    definately the phase 90 and not a univibe.
    I'm not saying stupidity should be a capital offence, but what say we take the safety labels off everything and let nature run it's course?

    the phaser doesn't give it the watery texture, but it does give the depth. if you want the more rotary/watery/album sounding GTF, uni-vibe.
