Washburn acoustic guitar

Hi ,
I bought today my first acoustic guitar , I play the electric almost a year , and since a couple of weeks I wanted an acoustic.
It's this one ( on the left) :

The guy showed me a lot guitars , but he say , that I would be better of with this one because I already can play a little bit guitar and it's an excellent acoustic.And it played very well.
It was priced for 240 euro but the man offered it to me for 200 euro because I always get my stuff there
Any thoughts about it ???
