This is another of my guitars which I did not have pics of before to show on the other thread. I was thinking back to the great thread we had about hollow bodies a whiole back and remember comparing this Hot Rod to the cheaper Korean Gretschs and how much bette rthis one is. I was reading up on the trestle bracing this guitar has, with some longitudianl bracing under the pups, and I now realise that this is why I can crank the gain on this baby wihtout her squealing like Miss Piggy after Kermit.
Just a thought for anybody considering a hollowbody.

It's hard to get the colour right. She is really purple, but looks blue under flash or bruight sunlight. Great for playing pretty much everything, nails ZZ Top tone, White Stripes ( actually Jack is playing a Gretsch now ) , all the Tele type tones etc as well as rock'n'roll.
Just a thought for anybody considering a hollowbody.
