Preferred "virtual" guitar lessons or courses?

I've taken some lessons, but my work and family schedule makes it really hard to keep it regular. As a result, I feel like I'm not making fast enough progress.
Has anyone used any guitar courses on software (downloaded) or DVD or such that they would recommend?
There seem to be a million choices out there and I'd like to check out proven winners. Thanks for any help.

Hey, welcome to the board!
I'd just use one of the many free sites like http://www.justinguitar.com/
or I've even found some random youtube lessons helpful.
