I NEED THIS SOUND!!!!

On Nothing As It Seems, Mike plays ONE note...right before the first big solo (after the first chorus). I have aa flender but I wanted to know how he got that sound...there's virtually NO bass in it and it fades in and out. How can I get this?

  • play the high e. strum it lightly....then palm mute it (vibratto) while pushing your guitar back and forth to and from the amp.
