I used Fast fret (great idea to everyone who suggested it) but is there a way to lube the BACK of the guitar neck.

no. though people have used micromesh (or steel wool) and whatnot to take the tacky feel off the neck.
  • i use the gibson guitar polish on the back of my necks that are painted, like my sg and les pauls. i don't put anything on my strat neck though. that stuff works just fine for me.

Try washing your hands before playing, sometimes that can make your hands smoother and less prone to friction on the back of the neck.
If idle hands are the devil's workshop, he must not be very productive.
