Zoom H2 Bootlegs

Heya -- Been messing around with the Zoom Handy Recorder H2, nice lil' device for a sketch pad, recording acoustic guitar tracks as I'm noodling around, and getting rough dumps of my jam sessions.
Anybody done any bootlegging with it?
Not a situation in which you can be monitoring and adjusting settings too much, wondering what works best.
Low/Med//High Gain?
Low Cut Filter on off?
AGC or Limiter or Compressor?
About what level of rec levels?
In my quick tests of acoustic guitar -- once I've got the rec levels zero'd in (like 75 from 1-124) I found that NO AGC/LIMTER/Comp but Low Cut Filter on gave me most dynamic recording, well most natural at least.
And I'm wondering how acoustically transparant that little black bag it ships with is? Light comes through, it's pretty thin -- thinking I might just put it in the bag and hang it from my neck and try not to bump it too much.
Man it's sensitive to touch and bumps!
(Tried searching but "zoom" hits too many threads and "h2" is too short to search on....)
