I'm finally busting out some of my posters to frame or store flat. Some have been stored in tubes for years... some pushing 10 to 15 years. What is everyone's preferred method to get them flat?

I currently have them curl side down on a flat surface with heavy (soft) weights on top.

I've also read about doing reverse rolling, but I don't want to tear them up.

Any tips besides the obvious wait for 3 months?
I had two pieces of plexiglass cut 20x26 to flatten my posters out before I frame or transfer to portfolio works great
    That's a good idea.

I've also heard of putting them in a more humid place so they absorb moisture, but that scares me.

This is what I used to store all of the posters that I have gathered over the years...you can find it on Amazon...

Wish they made 24x36 ones, back then.

    Thanks,
I actually did buy one of these, but they are too curled to put them in yet.
Steam roller will help unroll those prints. J/k

I think Jim at firehouse does some of the best custom frame jobs I’ve seen makes each poster unique I can’t wait to get something done from him

Had to get my purple elephant re-done as I originally framed the variant w/ticket stub. They didn’t have the original purple mat I used, but I thought this one looked cool and I’m happy with how it turned out.

I'm finally planning to get my Fenway posters framed. Never done it before. I was thinking Michael's. Does anyone know the estimate cost?

I go there for all my posters. Go to their website and click on coupons and wait for a 70% discount or a 65% discount. They update coupons weekly. I use the same frame and masterpiece (museum) glass. A double mat will run around $250-$275 with a discount. You can go with cheaper glass and a frame to lower the price.

Any new realizations... would have to wait...
Til he had more time,... more time...
Time to dream,... to himself... he waves goodbye,
To himself... I'll see you on the other side...
