    When i frame a pick. I cut a hole in matte and put a small piece of paper towel behind it to give a small amount of pressure so it doesn't slide around. In a prof frame job. I don't know. Above looks great.

    Tin hat on - I used double sided tape usually used for hanging frames on walls. Cut it into little squares and placed it on the white areas on the back of the pick. It may leave marks on the picks but I was willing to take the risk. Better look good on your walls than sitting in pristine condition in a draw IMO. 

    That said, my posters and signed items have everything from mounting strips to UV glass to protect them from damage, I'm just not as attached to picks!

    Not PJ, but finally got this beaut framed up last night!  :*

    Perfect fit, and the foil just POPS with the light from my under-cabinet LED's.  Hard to capture in the pics.  

    Countertop is a work in progress (along with countless other projects), so I'll post a picture once everything is completed!

    Here's the "working" render I made in SketchUp.  

    Bought a pile of old hardwood flooring, and going to make a large butcher-block benchtop for the cabinet area.  

    Can't wait until it's all done (until I find something else to add)!!   B)

    Fantastic!  That benchtop will be killer.  Also… so jealous of that drill press!

      Not sure what you may call them. But they are plastic stcikey corners that you fix to matting and will take sharp corners from a sheet of paper. Can't really describe them, but stick them to matting and insert piques. Relative inexpensive

    Waited for him going in night one…nothing. 

    Waited till 1:30 after first show, he rolled down the window and waved but no autographs. Bodyguard gave us some picks. 

    I was the only one waiting for him on the way in before second show and he yelled “grab his poster!” while in his car to one of his bodyguards walking his car in. It was 15 degrees and I think he took pity on me. He took my poster and brought it back five minutes later. 

    Got a photo “with” at about 2am after second show. He chatted for a couple minutes with the five or six of us there. 

    One of the greatest days of ny life.
