^Very cool. Are those all PJ ticket stubs? Quite a collection!

@chris47 Yeah, what's the story with that bench?

I have kept a lot of my ticket stubs from memorable sporting events, concerts, and other events through the years. I never knew what I was going to do with them until I became friends with someone who had a carpentry background. He came to me with a couple drawings and then made this bench. I attached the stubs with Mod Podge and applied several coats for protection. The bench is a great conversation piece and functional. Still collecting stubs and will attach them to the last piece of wood when the time comes.

Awesome idea, I have all my tickets stubs the same as you and I want to do something like you have done, but with a coffee table. Want to get them under glass though where they will be protected if I make a coffee table I can use. Hopefully I can make it where I can remove the glass so I can more tickets down the road.

That Pemberton takes the cake! So classy and cool! I bought one even though I did not go to the concert as I liked it so much.
I can't decide how to frame it so thanks for the ideas. What do you think if I got a matte that was the turquoise green that is in the poster? Does anyone know where I could even find a matte that color? I have looked to no avail.

Hobby Lobby has a really good selection of basic mat colors, along with the higher end textured type mats. I can't tell if they have THAT color, but they definitely have multiple variations of green/blue type colors in the basic section that would probably run between 7 and 10 bucks.

A glass coffee table would be a great way to display stubs. Good luck with your search, be sure to post some pics when you find it.

my first framing job. The sticker doesn't really go with the whole motif, but such is life!
