Just dropped off u2/pj, worcester 1, and msg2 2016. 1st time framing anything. Will post pics when i figure out how. This shit aint cheap! Damn!! I thought the posters were expensive?
I know there is another thread for displaying pics of framed items that aren't posters, but I can't find it so I thought I'd put this here.
Hobby Lobby...8x8 frame with uv glass. Sticker/pin window is like a shadow box. The photo I took myself at this show and just trimmed it down to fit. Frame was ready made and 50 percent off and I used a 40 percent off coupon on the glass and used another 40 percent off coupon on the matte.
Total cost for everything was 24 dollars. If I'd just kept the glass in it that came with the frame it would have cost 18 dollars total.

Finally getting a picture up of this one. First frame job and gave it to my son for his birthday back in May. GCF was his first concert experience, and I figured he deserved it after waiting all those hours in line with me! With the previous comments about white frames, I never intended on going that route. I was at first thinking of a metal frame to fit the transformers theme. The framer pulled it out and it looked great. I'm very happy with how it turned out. What does anyone think about the tight mat job? I thought it really pulled the focus in on the poster, but I don't see that done in other's pics. Figured it wasn't too big of a deal since it wasn't signed or numbered.

Looks great!! The white frame and black matting really make the image pop

Pictures did not work...but one of the BEST usernames EVER!! My very first concert was July 17, 1976 at Anaheim Stadium: Gentle Giant (prog rock) Gary Wright (Mr. Dreamweaver), Peter Frampton & Yes.

I should add, that's one hell of a lineup. Especially at that date. I was obviously way deep into Frampton Come Alive when I picked the username (and ran out of characters). I guess Yes was at a low point in 76 but good god from 69-74 the were incredible. But it's hard to deny the power of Peter in the late 70s and weirder still to think he played with PJ and Uncle Neil at the same gig almost 30 years later. And strangely enough I have a friend who's sister is married to Gary Wright. Ahhh the majesty of rock.

Wow, that is awesome. I LOVE the way it looks with the white border gone... Excellent job

Really nice work, CK. Just curious, what print is that above the tv?
Something I bought in 1990 give or take. Called The Jam. Everybody from BB king to Eddie Van Halen.
