More clarity for starters. The rest depends on the mod. The TS9 mod plus puts an 808 chip in the TS9 and gives it more bass/midrange and a little less treble.

The baked mod is a little different. He changes around some resistor values and uses all metal capacitors and such. Adds more saturation/gain if you want it.

If idle hands are the devil's workshop, he must not be very productive.

clean it up (hi fi) makes the notes that come through less mushy and more clear. Bass response is improved making it work better with single coils which generally benifit from more bass and midrange.

pump it up (more volume output than stock)

    fuzz it up
More gain the mod plus is a modest bump and the baked is about 3 times as much saturation at the sacrifice of clarity at the low end of gain.

Baked dosen't work as well as a clean boost.
