there is an Artillery phone number but i doubt Brad would appreciate people calling him unless it was an absolute emergency, and i doubt he would want his 10C inbox stuffed with emails again, so the BEST way to reach him (if this is in regards to an Artillery purchase/question) is via the Artillery email posted above,...hang tight, Brad always replies, it simply might take a few days. he's a busy guy,...

Not in my experience... I've maybe sent him 10+ as well as PMs over the past 6 months never got one response... kinda rude if you ask me :p;)

I would guess (and it's only a guess), that the guy has something quite urgent on his order in the last sale (wrong address, card..who knows).
on that assumption, I think a phone number, rather than an email which by all accounts gets even less response than a 10c one might be appropriate.
don't know but if you have the number, maybe you should PM the guy, see what his query is and if you feel it's justified, give him the number (not post it here obviously)

    my 2p..sorry 2c :p

Brad generally doesn't answer PM messages (too many messages from people with "sob" stories begging for a chance to purchase a poster), so i agree with you, but the Artillery emails are typically almost always answered,...perhaps Brad has something against those would would frame his work lol :)

you raise a good point,...i do have the phone number but i think it would be highly inappropriate to share it. i myself had an issue with my 1st Artillery order and simply sent Brad an email explaining the issue and asking for his help in clearing it up - while Brad may not necessarily have the time to respond to the email (i know what you're thinking, but ~2 minutes per reply x 50 emails, for example, adds up), he no doubt would act on this issue in my opinion and resolve it.

but i suppose if the original thread starter wants to send me a PM, as per your suggestion, i suppose i'll do what i can to help him/her out, but i won't promise to just turn over the phone number out of respect to Brad.

fair enough..just saying that there might be a fair and urgent reason for it.

btw, I believe Brad has accounts on both expressobeans and BRY forums, so PMing him there might help too.. (again for a valid reason..I've been encouraged by friends to do some begging for a certain poster I really want, but that's to 10c i'll do that if at all :p..not that I have any hopes to be answered..)

    pm sent to 100 Pacer.

but to get back into this discussion, i cant believe that artillery doesnt list their contact phone number. i dont even see a direct link to "info@" on there. if someone has a problem with their order, how are you supose to get a hold of them? emailing doesnt seem to work, sent three this week. im sure they are busy over there but consumer relations are key to a well run business. artillery seems to be more poorly run then tc :D i kid, i kid.
