is this bad?

i was sanding the back of my strats neck, and some small parts of the body to get some of the polyurethane off, but i forgot to do it in a well ventilated area, and i think some of the particales got in the carpet, and i dont know if i inhaled any or not. is this bad? if so, what do i do?
they call them fingers, but i never see them fing. oh, there they go

    polyurethane is fine, unless of course your house was clouded in with mysterious foggy powder. You'll be allright.

    Would this be a 60's strat made in japan? Buddy of mine had one of those, and I had to sand that neck and fret board numerous times. 14 years later it's now starting to be easy to play. Just always seemed "Sticky".

    I knew it!!!!! Play it and sweat on it as much as you can. It will help more than the sanding!!!!

    now i know why my uncle gave me such a great deal on it lol
