amp ideas

hi, i am shopping around for a new amp. i want to spend about 500-600$, and i really like tubes. Ive been looking at a couple marshall half stacks and the vox ad50vt and 100vt. i want a nice solid amp, one that i could practice with in my tiny room, and be able to be heard over my bands drummer. i want one that sounds good clean, and has a classic crunch. we play a lot of led zeppelin, Pearl jam ect. any reccomendations?
they call them fingers, but i never see them fing. oh, there they go
