two amp decision

i have narrowed my amp search down to two decisions:

i definately want 1 of those 2. but, i cant decide which- on one hand, the first amp will save me 600$, but on the other hand the second ones speakers are much better. any suggestions?

Another one that would run circles around the Vox is a Budda SD18. Believe me, 18 watts can get the job done...especially for the Vox-ish flavors. Plus, you get the added versatility of a 2nd high gain channel.
