Questions about JBL K120 Speaker

I just installed my Bassman cabinet with some Weber Speakers(thanks for the rcomendation pacomc79 and eharmonic), but it had a JBL K120 12" 8 ohm speaker in it that I now have sitting, useless, in my house. Due to my need for a good overdrive pedal (I'm thinking a Voodoo Lab Sparkle Drive over the reissue TS-9) and my lack of funds I'm thinking about selling it, but I'm having a hard time finding information on it. Any ideas or info?
