Bets version of the song I have heard. The way ed extends the notes or hits them is amazing.
haunting version of the song.
People on here talk about the benaroya version as the ultimate version, I disagree.
On Immagine he doesnt even play the whole song, and its just him and guitar but its the most complete version of it out there.
the intensity of it rivals the 1994 versions of it that turned up days before kurt died

I had the mp3 of this and some days just whack it on repeat i could listen to it all day. Even better with the footage though.
Would love it if someone could post an mp3 of it!
Don't get what you mean about that.
I mean, the vitalogy version of the song is full band. the immagine version is just him and guitar. and additionally, he doesnt play the whole song, yet I believe it encompasses the meaning of the song fully, without playing the whole song.
meaning this version is the penultimate version. it captures the essence of it all, without full band or full lyrics
I completely agree...the reverb he has on the guitar while playing...it sends chills up and down my spine. I think I backed up and watched it about 20 times when I first plugged in the DVD I was in such awe over it. I love that song in general, but I love that little take on it, but I also think the footage played with it jsut adds to the emotion of the version.
