it really depends how it sounds to your ear....but if that was my pedal board i'd go..
guitar...wah....maxon od9....fender blender....bf2 flanger....dd6 delay....amp

so right when i'm about to kick in the wah...i throw the od on, and then the wah this way when i'm cocking the wah back and forth i'm sure to cut through the mix

When put after my fender blender, my tubescreamer kills the tone of the flender and kind of squishes the sound - and I imagine most any OD will do that to some extent.
I drive the sound with the tubescreamer, then fuzz the driven sound with the flender, then boost the volume and crunch the sound up with the greedtone last (because the flender's output level is kind of low despite it's nastiness).
It's all up to taste though. You'll get different sounds with every order.

1. Turn everything up.
2. High Volume, low sustain, blend at wherever you want it. (good to have one of those 'boosters' here).
3. High Sustain, low volume..
You get the idea. Judge the amount of distortion and nastiness you want and set the blend, then adjust the volume vs. the sustain to get the right.. volume and sustain.. for your purposes, then adjust tone to your liking.
It's also cool to crank the blend (esp. well with the spinal tap setting) and roll back the tone knob(s) on your guitar. The octave effect really comes through. (Use delay or reverb!!).

Binaraul was recorded very oddly though so it's very tough to figure out.
