Same here, really easy to play. I tried a few others out in the store like the epiphone les paul, but it was heavier and i didnt like the balance so...

i would say that your reply pretty much nails it. i can't think of another way to put it lol. it sounds sweeter and cleaner with my strat, but it growls with my les pauls. it think the vintage 30s in that cab make it sound better than my cab with 75 watters in it.

I'm a total Fender guy, but I don't think there's a guitarist in the world that hates the sound of a Les Paul going through a nice halfstack like that.
