Warm up and Stretching Excercises?

Howdy. I'm curious what you guys/gals do to warm up your fingers and/or good exercises for building up dexterity, etc. What scales, etc.

    Ny warm-up exercise is the intro to Metallica's Seek and Destroy.
    It's a couple of bars of string skips, hammer on/pull offs, and a neat littel riff that kinda walks backwards across the strings.
    It's a gteat training exercise for a novice player too, to get the hands moving around the neck and improving left/right co-ordination.
    I don't stretch.
    Music is not a competetion.
