How do you all work and check the site?

I often read posts by people on the board who check the site/forum/pj news while at work. How does that work? Especially the last few days where we knew an annoucement was coming but we didnt know when.

Dont you're bosses get pissed?

    i'm my own boss....sometimes i get pissed at me for spending too much time here so i'll dock myself pay....;) :D

    I happen to be "the boss"... but if I ever caught my employees spendin all their damn time on...

    Mine was completely unaware, because for the most part I'm the only one who can see my computer. In fact, at one point while I was reading a thread, he walked through the room and gave a half-wave of hello, and I waved right back and smiled, thinking..."I'm getting paid right now."
    Mind you, I'm normally a very hard-worker. I just couldn't NOT be on reading all of the updates. Tomorrow it's back to work as usual.

    I put an Elmo dvd on repeat. And plopped myself down in front of the computer. (I'm the worst nanny ever. :( )

    Well, I generally come in at least fifteen minutes late. I use the side door, that way Lumbergh can't see me. Uh, and after that, I just sorta space out for about an hour.

    BOB PORTER
    Space out?

    PETER
    Yeah. I just stare at my desk but it looks like I'm working. I do that for probably another hour after lunch too. I'd probably, say, in a given week, I probably do about fifteen minutes of real, actual work.
