Request: PIANO partitures

Ok, I know that there isn't a lot of piano players here... but I'll give it a try anyway. I'm going to make some covers with friends, and I need the partitures of Call Me A Dog (TOTD) and When I'm Down (Cornell). So, if anyone have them, that would be really, really great!
