Power Tab Editor is the best, it's this program you download for free, and then you can download the tabs for MOST any song you want, and it will have the music and tabs all written out and you can play back and stuff, it's really nice. Anyways, I'm sure most of you guys are using this program, I just figured I might throw this out there in case anybody else isn't using it.

But Guitarpro is fantastic. They just got out their new version (guitarpro 5) and it makes the instruments sound like they are real. The drums are a bit cheezy tho. Even if you have to pay for it, it really is the best tablature program out there.
I'll agree on powertab is the best freeware tablature program
