someone's playing them, but they didn't get their name in the yield booklet...bummer.
"I'll tell you what: If all I had was Pearl Jam, and I didn't have another band in the world, I would not be worried. Because in there is the essence of making great music. You don't have to use it all at once, but it's there." - Neil Young

actually, the sounds you're hearing during the second verse aren't horns. it's Jeff's bass. it was a question that was answered on the Synergy Rumor Pit a few years ago.

With the right amp settings and playing technique, those brassy sounds could easily have been approximated on a fretless bass.
You think the Slayer tour is out, or what?
"Finally! I get to save the earth with deadly lasers instead of deadly slide shows." -- Al Gore.
Anyway, it was issue 34 of the Rumor Pit:
Q: Who played the horn, and what kind of horn was it on "all those yesterdays"?
A: No horn. That's Jeff on bass.
you're mistaken. as Hebejebe has said, it was confirmed in the rumor pit like 9 years ago.
