Wow. $1100? Do you think it's worth that much. I understand that Avatar will make a kick ass cab for much less than that.

some of the best cabinets made by far. They sound and look phenominal, and are loaded with the very pro standard Vintage 30's kind of an all around performer square in the middle of the speaker range, great rock speakers and a good match with Orange.

You can get a bit more for your money with Avatar and you can choose your speakers. I really like avatars hellatone 30's (broken in Celestion Heritage 30's) they break up a little sooner than the vintage 30's

Older Orange cabs are loaded with celestion green or black backs. These are 25 watt speakers but they sound fantastic.

    check out http://www.tedweber.com

and http://www.celestion.com there are speaker sims and the like, you might also shop (A broun Sound) Tone Tubbies, and other. These sites should give you a better Idea of what kind of tone and breakup you want from your speakers.

But, if you want to go with Orange, I will not be one to sway you, Orange builds a hell of a cabinet.

This is one of my favorites, the G12 Heavy

My Girlfriend said to me..."How many guitars do you need?" and I replied...."How many pairs of shoes do you need?" She got really quiet.

I had an Orange 2x12 that I used with my wizard head. What a gread cab! I'm not much on V30's, but I could actually tolerate them in the Orange. I'd like to hear one with Fane Alnico's in it. :)
