Hey all,
i was thinking about this while fiddlign with my gear today and the explaination to the green ebow is quite simple, and actually, quite practical.
Eddie tapped the back peice (to get access to where the battery is) so when he drops it during a song (such as WWS) it doesnt break or fall off, causing the battery to fall out, or so the peice just doesn't break and become difficult to play with. I found this out when i taped my body pack up for the same reason cause it fell out on me and the battery and back peice fell off and i was pissed, so i just used to gaff tape and taped it up, i dropped it, seemed fine. man, im like sherlock homes!
