M-Audio Black Box - Any thoughts?

I'm thinking about picking up an M-Audio Black Box tomorrow afternoon. I played around with it a bit and it seems quite nice. Unfortunately, there aren't many reviews floating around since it's so new.
Does anyone here own one? If so, please give your thoughts. I'll be using it with Cakewalk Sonar, so I'd also like to hear about any latency issues it may have.
