this is a happy man writing.
today, monday, I found a job and I've become owner of a wonderful silver greedtone.
sorry, I just need to share it with someone.
er... anyone knows how to handle it? :D

    I run it 'LESS' behind my keeley comp and it still screams. how dare he...

  • yeah it's a LOUD pedal.

    To deal with that just be sure to keep it off until you need it.

    It's good for a nice subtle drive but you need to put the levels reallllly low.

    I run mine with a tubescreamer in front to squash the enormous volume boost it gives you (like you're running the comp.). I also put my Fender Blender behind it so the surprsingly low volume boost in the flender can be enhanced by the greedtone. It's a pretty effective set up.

    I do generally go with 'more' but that's because I'm using it to blow people's heads off - not for subtlety :p

    Damn! Grats on that. I'd definately be checking out a Greedtone if they were more accessable but what, there are only like 120 something out there. I'll probably wind up with an OCD instead.

    ooo yeah it is a tone monster.

    I play it by itself to get that kind of tone (on the 'less' switch) and crank it up and turn on the tubescreamer when I need to kick balls.
