Don't know which thread it was, but someone mentioned Stone playing one of these. I've been wondering for years what the guitar was (saw a live pic of Stone playing it)!
Anyways I found their site http://www.jamestrussart.com/ and I can't stop looking. I'm in love with the rusty steeldeville model!

Has anyone here got any experience of playing any of these guitars?
Plus who else thinks they're drop dead gorgeous?!

    yeah they are some of my favorites actually. I've played several rusty teles and one rusty steel deville. Aparently at NAMM he had some that have a bit more wood in them but they aren't up on the site yet.

    The rusty tele sounds huge and bluesy through a fender bassman. I've been missing it since I put it down. It had a nice koa neck and I believe duncan antiquity pups.
    My Girlfriend said to me..."How many guitars do you need?" and I replied...."How many pairs of shoes do you need?" She got really quiet.

    But if you're in a cold environment, be sure you know how to adjust your neck!

    it seems like it would be an incredible slide guitar.
