Need help buying a strat

I need to buy a new guitar cause my les paul has seen better days and will probably never see those days again.Iwant a strat preferably one used by mike or stone, im thinking about stones strat with the chipped paint effect that he used at msg, can anybody recommend me a strat?

    How much do you want to spend?
    My Girlfriend said to me..."How many guitars do you need?" and I replied...."How many pairs of shoes do you need?" She got really quiet.

    McCready's strat goes for a few ten-thousand dollars :)

    Next closest thing would be a vintage reissue, or American Strat.

    For the cheaper strat's, I would go with the deluxe player's strat (has noiseless pickups).
    Riverside.. LA.. California. EV?
