Any one ever play one of these? My bass player just got one today and it rocks. Feedback.

    Not personally familiar, but I'm absolutely convinced that it's the perfect bass for a friend of mine. He's currently playing a Jazz Bass, but he needs something a little phatter and rounder.
    ...and if you don't like it, you can suck on an egg.

    I've played a few different G&L basses that friends have owned (ASAT's etc), and I have never played a bad G&L bass yet. I'm still particular to 70's P Bass's but I'd take a G&L in a second (if the price was right).
