mixing board out to a tape recorder

how do i take the music from the mixing board (amps, vocals ect)
how do i take that and put it onto a tape recorder...then the tape

also what is a good recorder for under like 7o bucks

    What mixing board are you using?
    ONWARD!... but not upward... that would be weird.

    you could also record on VHS. Save a couple bucks or something.
