i was thinkin of making a guitar from warmoth but i decided to leave it to the pros

anyways

i was thinking of maybe getting the 50s telecaster in black
its made in mexico
will this sound almost as good as my american tele
or alot worse
a little worse??
i figured this is one of the higher end mexican fenders (at 659$ i think)
it looks like is has a nice neck and such

  • save up some more money and get an american tele. mexican g-tars are generally a step lower in quality of parts... the assembly of the guitars are however good, but pickups, tone controls, bridge, machine heads, frets, wood, everything.. will be better. and worth it.
  • a Mexi strat and American strat are almost the same...the only major difference is the pickups....the quality of wood almost identical except the american is slightly better
